Welcome to our first e-news wrap up of news and exciting events happening in the kids space – whether that’s our latest shows, new kids movie releases, fun things to do or places to go with your little ones. We hope to keep you in the know so that you’re not scratching your head for ideas. So here’s what’s happening this month:

1. VJunior Fountain Gate now open! Coming soon to Knox

Vjunior combines two things that kids love – movies and play. Designed for children aged 3 to 10 years, Vjunior features a dedicated play area in the foyer, and two cinemas that are specifically designed for kids. Vjunior is exclusive to Village Cinemas and is Melbourne’s latest and greatest child-friendly entertainment destination. Now open at Fountain Gate.

2. Celebrate 20th anniversary of Harry Potter

3. Bananas in Pyjamas celebrates 25 years!

Can you believe Bananas in Pyjamas turned 25?

On 20 July 1992, the cheeky and mischievous Bananas in Pyjamas premiered on ABC Television in their own full length television series. Before that, they appeared on Play School. They’ve been busy over the past 25 years. From chasing the Teddies around Cuddles Avenue, to visiting the President of the United States of America, the Bananas in Pyjamas have become as popular internationally as they are in Australia.

4. Disney on Ice presents Frozen

Enter a fantastical winter wonderland beyond imagination at Disney On Ice presents Frozen. Be magically whisked away to wintry Arendelle by dazzling special effects and astonishing skating as you sing and dance along to inspiring songs including “Let It Go.”
