Shakespeare for kids: A Midsummer Night’s Dream
When it comes to theatre you can’t go wrong with Shakespeare. Star Theatre brings a clever adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream for kids. The classic tale follows the adventures of four young Athenian and a group of actors, who are controlled and manipulated by the fairies who inhabit the forest in which most of the play is set. A great introduction to for kids to Shakespeare!
If your kids are comic book fans this one will delight them! The Intergalactic Nemesis mashes up comic-book and radio-play formats into a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience – the Live Action Graphic Novel. Comic book fans will never be the same for them. The story? Just expect awesome! The AWESOME Festival presents a spectacular array of theatre, dance, early childhood activities, film and hands-on activities in the Perth Cultural Centre. There’s plenty to see and do for your little ones, “bored” will definitely not be uttered here.
