The Promoter is Life Like Touring Australia Pty. Ltd. Entry is open to Australian residents only. The Promotion commences at 12.30pm on 25 January, 2016 AEDT, and closes at 5pm on 29 January 2016. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Entry is by means of the “Dora the Explorer Live Facebook” page . Entrants will be required to submit personal information including their email address, and postcode to validate their entry. Entrants must also respond to a creative question in 25 words or less, “If you could take Dora the Explorer on an adventure, where would you go and why?”
There are 4 (four) prizes to be allocated to 4 (four) individual prize winners valued at $800 (AUD). Each prize consists of 1 family pass (4 tickets) to a specified “Dora’s Pirate Adventure” live show and venue, (worth $200, adults and children tickets are considered the same, and babies under 12 months of age don’t need a ticket).
Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Transport and accommodation to see “Dora’s Pirate Adventure” live show is not included. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in the event that shows are cancelled or rescheduled for any reason. Should any of the toys in the prize pack become unavailable for any reason at the time of prize fulfilment, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute items with another toy of equal or greater value.
The winners will be selected by a panel of Judges to be appointed by the Promoter. The judging will take place immediately after the Promotion ends and the winners will be contacted by email. The winner must respond to the email within 48 hours or the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter may publish winners first name and city on Facebook.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon literary and creative merit. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
