Frequently Asked Questions

Life Like Touring specialises in producing live theatre shows based on top rating television programs for children. Our live theatre shows tour all over the world and feature some of the most loved brands.

PAW Patrol Live! provides a unique entertainment opportunity for you and your child. As a child’s first theatrical performance, it marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of enjoying and learning through live performance. Here are a few things to remember as you plan your visit:
• Most children are familiar with entertainment that happens on television and computer screens. Explain that this will be different, because there will be a story happening live in front of them. The story doesn’t stop if you leave the room, but there will be a break in the middle of the show.
• Have fun! Sing along, dance, clap, and join in the audience participation elements. But, be safe as well as considerate to those around you. Please don’t allow your child to stand on chairs and please do not put your child on your shoulders.

PAW Patrol Live! is a theatrical show with the unique PAW Patrol characters bought to life as full costumed puppets, live actors and animated projected sets. LED screens are used to bring the show to life for the audience.
If you love PAW Patrol characters on television, you’ll love PAW Patrol Live! even more. Everyone will enjoy watching the live theatre show featuring the same characters they’ve grown to love. We try to add a little something to all our shows so that the whole family will enjoy watching them together.
The show was developed for pre-schoolers and primary aged children.
Find the show in your area, and click ‘Find Tickets’ for all the specific information you need to order tickets. You may also contact the venue listed for your city for more information.
Show times vary from venue to venue. We will usually perform up to three shows in one day, so follow the ‘Find Tickets’ link through from the specific show page on the website to view the specific show times.
New performances are released from time-to-time depending on demand. It’s common to add additional performances once current shows become full. We would always encourage you to buy your tickets straight away from the available show times, in order to secure the best possible seats.
Ticket prices vary and are organised into different categories depending on the location of seating. Please follow the ‘Find Tickets’ link through to check ticket prices for your preferred venue and show time.
Tickets are usually grouped into four categories; Platinum, Gold, A-Reserve and B-Reserve; based on their proximity to the stage, and are priced accordingly. So Platinum tickets are closer than Gold. Gold tickets are closer than A-Reserve, and so on.
Each country around the world has a different meet and greet experience. We would recommend you check with your ticketing agent for a description of the event in your city.
Tickets are limited, and as such can be sold out. Platinum tickets are the most popular and always the first to go, especially for those performances that are released first, or take place earlier in the day. Please try looking for the tickets you want at an alternative time or date.
There is no differentiation between adult and child tickets. All people 12 months of age and over require the same type of ticket to enter.
Children under 12 months of age do not require a paid ticket, provided they are seated on the lap of a ticket holder and do not occupy a seat.
Whilst we encourage you to leave the pram at home, we understand that this is not always possible. Most venues will not allow you to take a pram into the auditorium (we need to keep the aisles clear in case of an emergency) you will find they have a complimentary pram parking area at the venue.
Yes, there will always be a merchandise stand for you to buy a souvenir on the day. Typical merchandise may include a poster, t-shirt, plush toy, activity book, show bag and/or light-up toy. Merchandise does vary from show to show and from venue to venue, depending on what is available at the time. Cost can also vary but merchandise generally ranges in price from $10-$40. There will be credit card payment facilities.
We want you to be happy with your merchandise purchase. Please contact us and we’ll help resolve any problem that you may have.
Sorry, merchandise is only available to customers who attend the live show.
PAW Patrol Live! is approximately 90min in length (including one 20-minute intermission) and features a dynamic soundtrack, choreography, dazzling lights and special effects.
Performing in costumes can be hard work. An interval is necessary to allow for the performers to safely have a rest break, to reset the stage, adjust sets, lighting or change costumes or actors. In PAW Patrol Live! the interval is approximately 20 minutes. You will have time to visit the rest room and purchase refreshments.

Under certain circumstances we are also happy to allow you to swap your tickets to another performance. Please contact the outlet you purchased the tickets from and they’ll oblige. Please note that refunds cannot be authorised simply because you changed your mind, or decided not to attend. Refunds cannot be authorised once an event has passed. Please contact us if you need to discuss this further.

The specific appropriate age range for children is 1 to 6 but, as a live stage experience, PAW Patrol Live! is shared and enjoyed by the entire family. We witness children with their parents and grandparents, all coming together to enjoy a day at the theatre.
